Monthly payments are due no later than the 15th of the month at 4:00 pm. A late fee of $35.00 will apply after. Any payment that is returned will be billed a Return Check fee of $35.00 Lost gate cards or room/cabin keys will be charged $20.00 and $25.00 Any additional fees will apply, when necessary, for transfers, etc. All payments are applied to membership portion of ANY bill first and foremost. To add someone to your membership you must reside together and have same address.
